The asset management team’s exceptional ability to devise and execute value-enhancing strategies contributes significantly to the firm’s aptitude for successful investments. By focusing efforts to create value through revenue generation, adaptive reuse, asset re-positioning, redevelopment, and operating expense and capital markets efficiencies, SJEP builds equity value while growing cash flow.


Our firm pursues debt investments by acquiring non-performing loans and preferred equity investments as well as originating senior-secured loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments.
